Creedence Clearwater Revisited Coming To Rock SugarHouse!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Creedence Clearwater Revisited, featuring two founding members of Creedence Clearwater Revival, will perform at SugarHouse Casino on June 30, 2017 at 9 p.m. Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Stu Cook and Doug "Cosmo" Clifford have combined with three other rockers to perform the timeless classics of CCR. Tickets for The Event Center performance go on sale Friday, April 7, and cost $49—$69.

Cook, known for his electric bass, collaborated with drummer Clifford to begin the Creedence Clearwater Revisited project in 1995. They are joined by lead guitarist Kurt Griffey, Steve Gunner (guitar, harmonica and keyboard) and new vocalist Dan McGuinness (lead vocals and guitar) to entertain audiences worldwide.

"Fans of Creedence Clearwater Revisited will love hearing the CCR classics," said Wendy Hamilton, general manager of SugarHouse Casino. "The intimate setting of The Event Center will make for a memorable night."

Creedence Clearwater Revisited has been touring the world for more than two decades and shows no signs of slowing down. Cook and Clifford first connected as founding members of Blue Velvet before going on to form one of the biggest rock bands in the world. Today, they continue to play the best of CCR including hit songs "Bad Moon Rising," "Who'll Stop the Rain," and "Down on the Corner."

Creedence Clearwater Revisited's platinum selling album "Recollection" has been popular with fans both old and new as the band's sound spans multiple generations.

Tickets for Creedence Clearwater Revisited, and for all other SugarHouse performances, including comedic ventriloquist Paul Zerdin (April 29), improvisational comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood (May 13) and The Mavericks (June 10) can be purchased online at the SugarHouse Casino Event Center page.

In addition to live performances and concerts, the SugarHouse Casino Event Center can be reserved for a variety of other events, including weddings, corporate receptions, seminars, trade shows and more. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Delaware River waterfront and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Parking is always free.
