Dido - the UK's biggest selling female artist - is set to release her first ever live DVD, with a bonus CD!

SYDNEY, Australia (SONY BMG Australia) - With one of the biggest albums of 2003 to her name, pop megastar Dido took her 'Life For Rent' tour out to hundreds of thousands of fans all over the world in 2004, playing shows in 18 countries from May to November, including a headline performance at the UK's prestigious V Festival, a plethora of European Amphitheatres and a full North American Tour.



Filmed by the critically-acclaimed director David Barnard, 'Live At Brixton Academy' truly fans the very best of the Dido live experience. The Brixton shows were especially important to Dido - the Academy was her favourite venue whilst growing up and the three shows filmed for the DVD were seen as "homecoming" gigs for her.



"From the age of 11, I went to gigs all of the time," she says, "I was obsessed - it was all I ever did. I went to Brixton Academy with my friends pretty much every weekend for years."



'Live At Brixton Academy' showcases a host of stand-out songs that have made Dido one of the biggest names in the music world. Classic singles such as 'White Flag', 'Here With Me', 'Hunter' and 'Thank You' are mixed with live favourites 'See The Sun', 'See You When You're 40' and 'Isobel'.
