New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Neutral Music) - The electronica consortium known as Dive Index, debuted the video for the single 'Water in Our Hands,' from their recently released album Mid/Air this week.
The video features animation created by Austin-based artist Divya Srinivasan. She has produced videos for They Might Be Giants and Zero 7, among many others.
The song is co-written by Will Thomas and indie songstress Cat Martino. Muted trumpets provide a classic accent to a modern rhythm section while Martino serenades a dream-like poem that takes listeners out of time, if only for a moment, beneath the stars.

A true collaborative effort, Mid/Air gathers vocal and instrumental talents from across the globe and weaves them into a melodically rich and sonically intriguing sound. The common theme in Mid/Air is co-writer and producer, Will Thomas. He, along with vocal and lyrical contributors such as Natalie Walker, Ian Masters, Cat Martino, and Merz, combine to create an interesting ensemble of vocal and lyrical styles. Thomas uses but never abuses his sonic palate. He blends electronic and acoustic elements in his rhythmic backdrop, with a focus on emotive and expressionist melodies.
You may know Thomas from his past projects that were all well received by press and industry off of the respected British label, Hydrogen Dukebox. More recently, he collaborated with Roger Eno (yes, Brian's brother) on an Anglo countryside ambient inspiration titled Transparencies. Dive Index is a new project for Thomas, with Mid/Air as the second installment of four in a series of concept albums being released worldwide. For more information, please visit www.neutralmusic.com.
