Energy Drink co-sponsored an album release party featuring the launch of Donna Summer's new album entitled Crayons. The private concert featured selections from her new CD as well as Summer classics such as "MacArthur Park" and "Last Dance." Top executives from Sony and A-listers, including supermodels, fashion designers, actors and musicians, as well as a Village Voice columnist, were there.
The event was held at the posh Manhattan night spot Mansion, located on 28th Street, where Fyxx Hybrid was the beverage of choice. Stars throughout the recording and fashion world were pumped up by its clean sparkling taste and high-voltage boost of energy. Peter Burley, one of the drink's co- creators, proclaimed, "You can tell by the way the crowd was energized that Donna Summer and Fyxx were a great combination and that the night was a tremendous success."
Fyxx Hybrid was also voted "Best of the Best" by Food and Wine Magazine in their January 2008 issue.
