LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Epic/ Century Artists LV) - Catman Cohen is pleased to announce that his third CD....HOW I WANT TO DREAM: the Catman Chronicles 3... will be produced by James Lum, who is stepping in to fill the position left vacant by the untimely death of Henry Iglesias. Grammy award winner James Lum served in a variety of roles during the conception and production of Catman Cohen's first two CD's. Currently, James Lum is preparing to tour with performer James Ingram in Indonesia.

If all things go well, the starting production date for HOW I WANT TO DREAM will be at the end of March, 2008.

"James Lum is an incredible talent, no doubt about that," stated Catman Cohen. "However, we are about to jump off a cliff because, in the absence of Henry Iglesias, who knows what Jim and I will create? Henry provided extraordinary skills in the area of production and arrangement and, without him, I only hope the final result will be at least respectable. "

"I believe HOW I WANT TO DREAM will offer my most emotionally impacting lyrics and hopefully the music itself will astonish even my worst detractors," Cohen stated. "It's been a long time coming but I am optimistic that, if done properly, HOW I WANT TO DREAM will take The Catman Project to a much higher level of visibility."

"We plan to create yet another social mission behind HOW I WANT TO DREAM," Cohen stated. "Several ideas are under discussion and a final decision will be made prior to release of HOW I WANT TO DREAM.

About Catman Cohen:
Mysterious and controversial CATMAN COHEN is the strange, silhouette artist with the raw bullfrog voice.

Some critics call him the "musical Loch Ness Monster." Others refer to him as "the songwriting Sasquatch." No pictures, no standard biography, and an adamant refusal to perform live, despite various invitations to do so.

Described as "Rock Opera," his songs are based upon social action, notably a cry for the resurrection of neglected heroes (nurses, firemen, teachers, paramedics, soldiers, police, environmentalists, human rights activists, etc) and urgent warnings about the imminent fresh water crisis developing in the nation.

The Catman Chronicles feature a variety of guest vocalists, including goths, she-males, and breathy, sexy sirens. Various music critics have denounced his "out of the box" approach...yet the Catman perseveres down his chosen path, knowing that there is no turning back from doing what must be done, knowing that we must........

"Make a Difference!"

To date, The Catman Project has provided donations to a variety of social activist organizations including....Volunteers Without Boundaries, Nurses for a Healthier Tomorrow, Canadian Nurses Foundation, Pacific Institute, Blue Planet Project, Gesundheit Institute, Nature Conservancy, and Big Cat Rescue.

About James Lum:
James Lum has toured and recorded with James Ingram, The Buckaroos, Sheena Easton, It's a Beautiful Day, Al Jarreau, Dolly Parton, Peter Frampton, Celine Dion, Seals and Crofts, The Diamonds, Al Green, "Grease"the musical,J im Carey, Ren and Stimpy, The Angry Beavers, Sesame Street, Jimmy Neutron, PF Sloan, The Chordettes and Patti Austin. He performed upon two Grammy winning CDs with Sesame Street (Best childrens recording '98 and '99).
