Italian EDM Stars Release Fifth Single On US Label
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ dGENERATE RECORDS) Italian EDM stars Honeypot released their newest US single, "Explorer," Tuesday on dGenerate Records, the label announced.

It's the fifth single in a year for busy Honeypot members Stefano Gobbin and Alessio Stevanato. The Italy-based duo have been blazing through a trail of club and festival dates, most recently at Redentore di Venezia, this week's electronic music fest in Venice, Italy.

The Honeypot project is a new one for Gobbin and Stevanato, both DJs. Their hybrid progressive-electronic sound is one they have evolved from a lifetime of friendship and creative collaboration.
"We are best friends since we were little," Gobbin said. "We have harmony when we work together, something special we can't explain."

Stevanato added, "Our goal is not to become millionaires with the music, but tour all over the world because people want to hear us, because they like our tracks and our DJ sets."

Incubator label chief Michael Jones said, "We like to say dGenerate is home to the next big sound, and Honeypot delivers on this. This 'progressive-electronic' sound they've created is very distinctive. It's got an attitude about it, but with a sense of humor."

"Explorer" is available now from all retailers, including iTunes and Beatport.
