SAN DIEGO, CA. (Cox Communications) - Some of the world's greatest music legends including Elton John, Simon & Garfunkel, John Fogerty, Fats Domino, Bette Midler, Elvis Costello, Diana Krall, Jimmy Buffett, Lenny Kravitz, the Neville Brothers, and Stevie Nicks will headline "Katrina Relief: Big Apple to the Big Easy," a six-hour, star-packed benefit concert beginning at 4 p.m. (PDT), Tuesday, September 20, LIVE from Madison Square Garden in New York City and available on Cox Communications iN DEMAND Pay Per View. With 100% of the pay per view proceeds benefiting the victims of Hurricane Katrina, the concert will be $19.95, and includes a replay immediately following the live concert. The rating will be TV-14, L (language).

The jam-packed, mega-star lineup also includes some of New Orleans' legendary jazz artists such as Irma Thomas (the city's Queen of Soul) and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Allen Toussaint and Dave Bartholomew. All proceeds from pay-per-view, ticket sales and sponsorships will go directly to the following charities:
- The Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund - Collecting donations to assist in the long-term recovery plans for Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi;
- Habitat for Humanity - Rebuilding houses in devastated communities;
- MusiCares - Assisting Hurricane Katrina victims in the music industry;
- Children's Health Fund - Providing immediate medical relief for victims via emergency response teams of doctors, nurses and mental health workers.
