Kevin M Buck Releases Guitar Instructional Method Book Guitar In Theory And Practice
Lockport, IL (Top40 Charts/ Kevin Buck Official Website) Chicagoland guitarist Kevin M. Buck has released his first book entitled Guitar in Theory and Practice. Guitar in Theory and Practice is designed to give guitar players a method to become better musicians by taking the most important ideas of music and presenting them in a simplistic way for guitar players. It is designed to help students of the guitar learn, memorize, and play scales, chords and arpeggios in a new way so that they can perform and create the music that they always wanted to. Guitar in Theory and Practice gives examples of the difficult techniques that need to be practiced on the guitar in order to become a proficient soloist. It also contains a poster that relates astrological signs, pitches, colors, planets, gods, elements of life, masculine and feminine dualities, time, intervals, numbers, modes and chakras.

Kevin M. Buck has received many accolades for his guitar playing. Buck won the Guitar Idol Competition sponsored by 97.9 WLUP-FM in Chicago. Uli Jon Roth awarded Buck a scholarship to attend Sky Academy in Los Angeles. Buck has shared the stage with many great artists including Roger Daltry (The Who) who remarked that Kevin M. Buck is "one of the greatest guitarists ever." Leslie West of Mountain said, "This kid has a f@#$ing encyclopedia worth of sh!t in his mind." Buck is endorsed by Jackson Guitars and Morley Pedals.

Guitar in Theory and Practice is available in print at https://www.kevinmbuck.com and through amazon. The e-book version is available through Apple's iBookstore, and is available for Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble NOOK, and the Sony Reader.

Buck has released two original albums, Initiation and Euphoric Darkness, which are available through his website https://www.kevinmbuck.com, as well as through Steve Vai's Digital Nations label.
