Leona with the release of her record breaking single 'Bleeding Love' and debut album Spirit.
So far Spirit has sold more than 1.5 million copies; that's five times platinum! It is currently at number three in the charts having spent seven weeks at the number one spot and despite being released in November, Spirit was the second biggest selling album of the whole year, coming second only to Amy Winehouse's Back to Black.
'Bleeding Love' is in the Guinness Book of records as the biggest selling single of 2007. It beat Rihanna's summer hit Umbrella and Mika's Grace Kelly when more than 800,000 copies of the single were whisked off the shelves and online. Today 'Bleeding Love' remains in the top three of the official UK chart after an impressive eleven weeks.
