Paul Burch, an acclaimed Nashville songwriter with a remarkably soulful voice and an amazing talent for creating classic yet contemporary American music will perform a solo show at Manhattan's Lakeside Lounge on August 18, previewing songs from his forthcoming album 'Still Your Man.'

Critics have praised Burch's "music that sounds thoroughly modern but completely unlike contemporary country" (USA Today). A favorite of many legendary musicians, Burch has collaborated with Mark Knopfler, Ralph Stanley, The Waco Brothers, Lambchop, Bonnie Prince Billy and with Charlie Louvin for his Grammy nominated comeback album. Burch also served as music consultant to the PBS documentary "The Appalachians."
