LOS ANGELES (M. Jackson Fans Website) - The man prosecuting Michael Jackson in his child molestation case has been ordered by the Judge to take the stand. Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon is set to testify before Jackson's defense team after it alleged that he sent investigators to gather off-limit evidence against the superstar. Sneddon will have to tell how much information he knew before issuing a search warrant for a private investigator's office. Jackson's attorneys maintain that the detective was working for the singer's former lawyer, and that the findings seized by the prosecution cannot be used in the upcoming trial.
