Mo Kenney's "In My Dreams" Now Available In The US
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Mo Kenneys unmistakable voice (Canadian Musician) is finally making noise in the U.S. with the release of her internationally celebrated album In My Dreams, out today. The album first debuted via Stereogum, who writes that "Kenney has created a polished work that looks inward for inspiration."

The album is available via Bandcamp, Amazon, and iTunes.

Nominated for the Best Adult Alternative Album of the Year JUNO award, In My Dreams expands the sound of Kenney's self-titled first album with classic rock flourishes and intricately layered vocals. The amped-up production serves to highlight Kenney's biting and relatable lyrics, staying true to her mantra of unabashed honesty in songwriting. "I never censor myself when I write," she explains. "I just write down whatever comes into my head. Overall the album is a lot different from my debut, it feels more grown up and closer to what I want to say as an artist."

Kenney previously premiered the track Mountains to the Mess" with Noisey, who notes that "its easy to imagine her latest single ...playing at the end of a Noah Baumbach or Wes Anderson film." The track "Take Me Outside" was also recently featured on Under The Radar.

Mo Kenney first picked up a guitar when she was eleven, and has been writing songs since she was sixteen. Over the course of her short career, shes received the Canadian Folk Music Award for 'New/Emerging Artist of the Year; the East Coast Music Award for 'Pop Recording of the Year;' and seven Nova Scotia Music Awards.
