New York, NY (Top40 Charts) International K-Pop Sensations, Monsta X, continue their worldwide onslaught with the announcement of their first all English language release of their title track, "Shoot Out," exclusively revealed by Billboard. "Shoot Out" English version is set to drop THIS Friday November 9th at 6:00pm KST / 4:00am EST on all streaming platforms; with JoJo Wright of 102.7 KIIS FM exclusively premiering the single on Friday November 9th at 9:00AM Pacific. Monsta X have already made a huge impact in U.S. media with OC Weekly calling them "power players in the K-pop game," Metro UK comparing their fandom to the likes of One Direction stating "...the Hammersmith Apollo on Sunday night looked like the intense sort of fan dedication not seen since One Direction were a thing," and PAPER Magazine stating "You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that Monsta X's darkly textured but nonetheless high-energy music is the reason why they stand apart from other acts in the vibrant (and constantly expanding) K-pop scene."

Monsta X is currently preparing to cause pandemonium stateside once again by making history as the first K-Pop group to perform at the iHeart Radio Jingle Ball, where they will be performing the English version of "Shoot Out" for the first time. The first of five dates will be kicking off in Los Angeles on Friday November 30th alongside household names such as Cardi B, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, G-Eazy, Khalid, Normani, Dua Lipa, Alessia Cara, Calvin Harris, Bazzi and Bebe Rexha.

The Korean version of "Shoot Out" has already made a huge impact on both Korean and U.S. shores by picking up 4 consecutive #1 wins on the prestigious Korean TV Shows; M Countdown, Show Champion, SBS MTV's "The Show," and Music Bank.

Billboard noted "This week on the charts, "Shoot Out" climbs from No. 10 to No. 8 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, marking the band's ninth top 10 on the chart." https://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/k-town/8483568/monsta-x-shoot-out-english-version-radio-premiere?utm_source=twitter&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral

The band are in the midst of making a huge impact on our shores with their 2nd Album Take.1, 'Are You There?' debuting on the Billboard World Albums chart at No. 7; marked the week of November 3rd. Not to mention their 47 week streak on the Billboard Social 50 Chart. Monsta X is causing a unstoppable wave of interest here with their 2nd Album and title track "Shoot Out", with PAPER Magazine stating ""Shoot Out" is niche enough to catch the ear of the most cynical music critic, and accessible enough, via the band's perfectly synchronized harmonies, to appeal to the masses" and MTV describing it as "..a thundering beat, slick pop-rock chorus, and sensual visual." Earmilk also added "Brimming with the grit and sensual rhythms that are core to the band's musical style, "Shoot Out" is about the inescapability of fate and the importance of filling life with love."

"The sumptuous music video also highlights what makes Monsta X one of the more compelling acts in K-pop at the moment: their duality." - MTV

MORE INFORMATION:
Since debut, Monsta X has built their own world with concept-based stories intertwining into each other. 'Are You There?' is an extended world; transcending time and space. "Shoot Out," the title track, represents their world and message, seeking salvation between loss and wandering. The mix of trap, rock, and melodic future bass draws an impressive hook, emotional chorus melody, and dramatic composition. This track is a representative of the album's message: "all wounds that have been made between Light and Dark, Good and Evil, and Life and Death are cured by love." The outcome shows a soft, delicate, mature, but also rough and powerful as nature side of the members. Monsta X is standing for a world connected, and equality for all people. Through their music and concepts, people experience a new level of love and compassion.

Monsta X have been on an fast-paced upward trajectory here in the U.S with OC Weekly calling them "power players in the K-pop game," and Metro UK comparing their fandom to the likes of One Direction stating "...the Hammersmith Apollo on Sunday night looked like the intense sort of fan dedication not seen since One Direction were a thing." They finished up their 7-stop stateside tour in August, where they captured the attention of notable press all over the U.S including Forbes, Access Hollywood, E!, iHeart, Mario Lopez, Buzzfeed, Allure and performances on both Good Day NY and Good Day LA. They've spent 44 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Social 50 chart above U.S artists such as Post Malone, Kanye West and more. The Connect: Dejavu, their latest album, also found itself atop 2 of Billboard's major charts; Heatseekers at #8, World Albums at #2. Billboard noted, "...This was enough to land the guys at No. 2 on Billboard's World Albums chart and a No. 8 debut on Heatseekers Albums -- a new peak for the band on the chart that sees far fewer K-pop acts land entries.":
