Music & Entertainment announces the release of Jackopierce's latest project, Everywhere All The Time. The album is currently available via CD and digital download (https://www.jackopierce.com/) and features a color PDF booklet that fans can print or store on their computer or other technology-driven devices.
Jackopierce is an American alternative rock band formed by Jack O'Neill and Cary Pierce whose style is focused around vocal harmonies and acoustic guitars.
A modern pop-rock record with big hooks and a crisp production courtesy of Pierce, Everywhere All The Time features contributions from world class players such as Pete Thorn (Colbie Caillat, Don Henley), Sean Hurley (John Mayer) and Tommy B (Prince, Switchfoot).
"I'm fired up to have this music out and in our fans' hands," says Pierce. "We make music because we have to - it's how we're wired. I'm just so grateful we have fans all over the world waiting for it."
Everywhere All The Time is a unique release for the duo that is perhaps their most emotionally vulnerably sincere project to date. Opening with the endearingly humorous and heartfelt "Into Me" leading into the winsome grace of "Let Go Of Me," The album balances lushly rustic mid-tempo numbers with beautifully soaring pop-rock songs including the bluegrass-tinged tune "Listen To Me." With inducing hooks of "Into Me" and "Alright By Me," the project features tracks that are both tender and emotionality stirring for the listener.
No newcomers in the music arena, the acoustic due burst onto the scene in 1988 with the hit single "Three of Us In A Boat" which became a signature track for a decade-long career. Having sold more than 500,000 records over six albums (two for major label A&M) and toured three continents, nine countries, and 44 states with some of the biggest acts of the day (Dave Matthews Band, Matchbox 20, Counting Crows, Sheryl Crow, etc.), O'Neill and Pierce took a five-year hiatus, and in 2002 reconvened as Jackopierce. Today, the duo has a renewed creative vigor, mutual respect, and deep gratitude for their Jackopierce heritage.
"There is a lot more gratitude - for each other and for the gifts we have to write and play music," says O'Neill.
In conjunction with the Aug. 28th album release, Jackopierce has initiated uniquely intimate "Destination Shows" to freshen the live show experience this fall. A brand new experience for fans, the Destination Shows feature gorgeous scenery, delicious food, and campfire performance accessibility to their favorite band. "It's a vacation and concert in one" says Pierce.
With upcoming stops in major cities such as Kansas City, Denver, Fort Worth, Washington, DC and New York City, the tour is already garnering mass appeal with sell-out attendance in a number of markets. The duo is also currently designing Destination Shows in
Santa Barbara, Martha's Vineyard and the enchanted colonial mountain town of San
Miguel de Allende, Mexico - Jackopierce's first international endeavor.
"The coolest by-product of the Destination Shows is a growing community of like-minded music lovers that has been steadily growing," says Pierce. "We give trophies for first ticket, furthest flyer, etc. We hang out and eat with everyone. A lot of these folks are becoming personal friends - not just fans. They are part of our family."
