NEW YORK (www.noelia.tv) - NOELIA was the exclusive star aboard the Radio Amor NY float during the Puerto Rican day parade celebrated last Sunday in NY. The Radio Amor float was one of the most popular during the annual event. NOELIA glowed with happiness while sharing this moment with her people.
