Of Montreal's "Blindingly Brilliant" (Time Out NY) New Album 'Paralytic Stalks' Earns Raves And #1 Most-added CMJ Status

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) οf Montreal's Paralytic Stalks is out worldwide today via Polyvinyl Records on CD, 2xLP and through all DSPs, and as a limited edition cassette on Joyful Noise Recordings. The album, which Creative Loafing calls "a sonic masterpiece," is now streaming in its entirety on Spinner. Paralytic Stalks was recently the #1 most added album on the CMJ Top 200 college radio charts.

Previously, of Montreal unleashed "Dour Percentage," the lead single from 'Paralytic Stalks,' which they will perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, February 8.

The band will play an album release show at the Georgia Theatre in their hometown Athens, GA on February 17, before kicking off the first leg of a world tour on March 7 in Jacksonville, FL. The U.S. tour will feature direct support from Deerhoof, Loney Dear, Cults, Roman GianArthur and others in select markets, with of Montreal band member Kishi Bashi handling first of three duties for a majority of the dates.

On March 15, of Montreal will headline the Polyvinyl Records SXSW showcase in Austin, TX, followed by a few other SXSW appearances. See below for a complete list of dates.
