"Cup of Life" was recorded in 1994 in Wessex Studios in London (the same studio used by XTC, The Sex Pistols, Clash and the Rolling Stones) by the band shortly after departing London Records and before recording sessions for their debut album "Shine Box" began. This version of the track has never been released before.

The new album entitled "How Can I Explain How This Came To Be?" - also features the smash hit "Sunburst", "Fear of Flying", "You and I", "Raining Stones"," Jade", "Somebody Somewhere" as well as previously unheard tracks "Not Built To Last", "Roll Over" and "Cup of Life".

The band are celebrating the 21 years since Shine Box this year with celebrations culminating with a show in Dublin's National Concert Hall on September 13th with special guests "Songs in the Key of D"
