New York, NY (Top40 Charts) RÜFÜS DU SOL - one of the world's preeminent live electronic bands - has revealed a music video for the emotive track, No Place. The video reveals more of the imagery of the forthcoming album and is an audio-visual journey into the minds of this explosive act.

In true alignment with the sonic storytelling the band is known for, the No Place music video portrays themes of transporting somewhere through the imaginative portals of one's own mind. As the lyrics convey, the subjects in the video are able to travel to a place more desirable and serene; the cracked surface of the infinite desert landscape and the rippling shores of a beach at sunset, two clear physical inspirations for the soon to be released album. These are only two destinations of the limitless possibilities where the ethereal single may transport its listeners.

In the words of the No Place video director Alex George, 'In the video, the robes are a way of travel... through time and dimensions. We don't know. It's that feeling of when you're at the beach and you're rugged up in a towel with just the sun peeking through. There is something about that feeling. About being in yourself and being somewhere very specific. I think I'm only recently starting to understand real gratitude. It always felt like this feeling you had to feel when someone gives you something. But it snuck up on me. What that feeling actually is. That's what the song is about to me. Realizing out of all the infinite possibilities and places you could be, you are here. And it's great.'

This video comes on the wake of the SOLACE Fall Tour announce which will touch down at seminal venues such as Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium (3 nights), New York's Terminal 5 (3 nights), San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Center, Denver's The Fillmore Auditorium (2 nights), House of Blues Boston and Houston, and more plus a massive festival play at Voodoo Music & Arts Experience in New Orleans.

Comprised of members Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt, RÜFÜS DU SOL occupy the intersection of entrancing indie music and intelligent electronica. It is through this seamless transcendence of styles that their own sonic realm has unfolded; a landscape painted with the club culture of yesteryear and a poignant yet infectious ability to be of the moment.

The band's debut album, ATLAS, reached No. 1 on the Australian charts and reaped Platinum status - success that was repeated with its follow-up record, Bloom. Released in 2016, Bloom offered such infectious singles as "You Were Right" and "Innerbloom," and launched RÜFÜS DU SOL on a two-year international tour, playing over 100 sold-out shows across 13 countries.
"The Australian trio knows how to set a mood, and sell it well," noted Billboard while MTV tipped RÜFÜS DU SOL as "poised for worldwide breakout."

RÜFÜS DU SOL has spent the past year in Venice, CA, writing and recording its third album, which is largely influenced by the stark desert landscapes of California and the band's experiences on the road.
"It feels like a new RÜFÜS," the trio says. "We are inspired by our new home in California, by the people we've met and the music we've heard along the way. We've got a refreshed sense of ambition and cannot wait to share our creation with the world."
