New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Dublin via London singer-songwriter Sample Answer is back with a brand new single 'Fever', out now via EMDM Music.
Melting classic pop songwriting with hip hop authentic storytelling, the new single perfectly shows the South African-Irish artist's ability to tackle heavy subject matters with brightness. Creating the perfect soundtrack for a lazy Sunday morning, the clever song writer played most instruments on the track, with his long-term producer Hugh Fothergill sitting behind the drum kit.
"The song is a way for me to talk to my friends and anyone out there struggling with addiction," reveals the artist about the subject behind his new effort, "it's hard to help unless they decide to stop, you will feel as powerless as them during the process." Struggling with his own addictive personality, Sample Answer reveals; "I struggled with love and sex addiction, I needed and wanted to be in love," his honesty is as disarming as his beautifully crafted songs.
Having already released a string of EPs, Sample Answer's previous singles have received wide support across radio and TV, with Annie Mac, Zane Lowe and John Kennedy playing the tracks on their shows and Channel 4 show 'Sunday Brunch', adding the official music video to their playlist. Whilst Pigeons and Planes included the song writer in their tips for "20 artists about to blow", and The Independent described his music as "fantastic."
Having racked up over 5.8 million Spotify streams, 'Fever', is Sample Answer most enticing offering yet, and one that will cement his status as a bonafide songwriting talent.
