One critic described Kan'Nal's "Live at The Boulder Theater concert, as "a near-perfect gig, where magic was in the air and so were the musical surprises'." Now Kan'Nal fans, who may have missed the band touring back in 2006, can have the chance to share in that magic with the video download release of "Live At The Boulder Theater," a DVD with a performance of Kan'Nal's highly acclaimed Boulder Theater show. "This is the best way for us to share this band with everyone around the world," says Don Lichterman, the founder and head of Sunset Records and Sunset Home Visual Entertainment (SHE). "They are a very visual band" Lichterman continues, "and we will feature them not only at Amazon's Unbox, but also via the Unbox Video Rental On-Demand service."
Kan'Nal's concert features members Tzol on guitar, Tierro on lead guitar, Rodolfo Escobar III on bass, Aaron Jerad on Percussion, Gilly Gonzalez on drums and Teresita and Akayate rounding out the band.
Live At The Boulder Theater will be released exclusively as an Amazon Unbox Video Download. The live performance by Kan'Nal also has Earth Day Performance dancers on two songs. The
Live At The Boulder Video includes Kan'Nal's critically-acclaimed concert that features the No 1 Italia Gold chart-topping song, "Gypsy" as well as Kan'Nal's Earth Dance Performances on the classic song. The rave-reviewed Boulder concert also has performances of Spacechild, Venado, Woman
Who Sees, Dragonfly and Dreamwalker. Kan'Nal also performed an astounding version of Animal Angel, the first single on the brand new "Myth Magic" CD due to hits stores this summer.
"The band is just finishing up in the studio and the new CD should be ready for stores by the middle of the summer," says Lichterman. The show was filmed in association with Hunabku and Zero Point Studio with Sunset as the distribution company for the video. Kan'Nal used the latest in high end digital technology to create the live video that is nothing less than eye catching.
