Billed as the record label that produces "music that pierces the heart," Dollar says the Gospel artists and music featured on this newest release will do just that: pierce the hearts of millions globally. "Arrow artist, DeLeon, is a melodic worshipper," says Dollar. "Her unique delivery leads people into a place of seeking more of God."
Also featured on this CD is Arrow recording artist, Jonathan Phillips, whose unique sound Dollar describes as, "flavorful rhythm and praise," which is a unique combination of Christian rock and progressive pop. As Dollar explains it, "We're looking for more ways to get the Word out, and the diversity of these artists is such, that they can sing so differently and each style presents something any audience will be able to relate to."
Dollar says this CD, as a whole, is designed to impact lives and make music a tool whereby people will think about what they do. "They will listen to the words, which are the sword of the Spirit, and they will be encouraged, changed, and inspired." Dollar also adds, "While I do support the words going forth more than 'beats' per se, I recognize that by being sensitive to God, artists can draw the unsaved with their secular 'beats' and prepare their hearts to receive the preached Word."
Piercing the hearts of the unsaved and the youth; drawing them in with her eclectic, soulful sound has proven an easy assignment for Arrow's newest artist, Jordan Dollar, who appeals broadly to teens and young adults alike. Dollar's description of life music also extends to Arrow artist, Dorsey Hammond, a gifted pianist, songwriter, and also the Minister of Music at World Changers Church International.
