Bubblelistic Management is an entertainment management company based out of Baltimore, Maryland and is headed by Ms. Roshanda Duncan. Ms. Duncan is an African-American entrepreneur and has made appearances on HBO's The Wire series as well as been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine Advertisements. She has been involved in the music business since she was 9 years old starting out as a musician and manages music artists in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, and New York areas.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, Mr. Spinks says that the new company called Spinks Bubblelistic Records will be based out of both New York City and Baltimore, MD and be charged with finding new and exciting talent and promoting and distributing this talents works throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada.
