Pilla B Releases Debut Album "1 Year-To-Date"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Toronto recording artist Pilla B today releases his debut album "1 Year-To-Date" (#1YTD) via Public Records and Universal Music. The intentional titling and timing of the album acknowledges that one year has passed since the tragic murder of Pilla B's close friend and frequent collaborator, Yung Dubz.

Pilla B is best known for his collaborative project with the late Yung Dubz "6AM," a thirteen track EP that offers first-hand accounts of life and loss from Toronto's Rexdale neighborhood. Described by Noisey as "a cohesive fusion of the crawling Toronto sound and Atlanta's shiny melodies. #1YTD picks up where 6AM leaves off, energetic yet reflective, giving listeners an insight in to Pilla B's emotional state and evolving feelings over the last year.

#1YTD is produced by Harley Arsenault and executive produced by Noah "40" Shebib.
