NEW YORK (R. Kelly Fans Website) - R&B star R. Kelly, who is currently facing child-pornography charges, has released a new single, "Ignition," taken from his forthcoming album, Chocolate Factory, which is due out January 28. The singer returned to the studio and created a new album after scrapping his Loveland set, which was due in November, because of the tension generated from his pending criminal trial.

R. Kelly's proteges Boo & Gotti, who are presently signed to Cash Money Records and preparing to release a debut collection in February, said that the group still holds their mentor in high-esteem:
"We didn't believe it off top," Boo said. "We were hearing this and that, and he still on the album and everything, so our views of him did never change."
