Kaiser Soze, real name Taylor Helgeson, is an American rapper and R&B singer from Minneapolis, Minnesota. First taking an interest in music while participating in the Minnesota Operas Children's Choir, Kaiser spent much of his childhood receiving classical training as a vocalist. Kaiser's family instilled a strong work ethic and focus on practice in him at a young age requiring that he attend weekly piano, voice, and guitar lessons. At the time Kaiser rebelled against the stringent practice routine but now appreciates these experience as the discipline provided him the skills he needed to discover his true talent and pursue a career in music. As Kaiser embraced his passion for music he soon discovered Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop through artists such as Michael Jackson, Tupac, Big L, Beastie Boys, John Legend, and Fabolous.

Kaiser Soze's raw talent and hard work paid off, attracting the attention of close friend Ryan Purcell of Purcell Management Group. Ryan decided to take a chance on this young and promising artist, investing in his career and helping him build a catalog of songs searching for that undeniable hit. After testing a number of different records, Kaiser found what he was looking for in his first single, "In Your Face". Recruiting California based rapper Problem to be featured in the song and video, Kaiser knew this collaboration would be the perfect way to introduce his upcoming EP "Good Things Come To Those Who Take".
