Black Veil Brides Aim For World Domination With Peavey Amplifiers
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Peavey PR) Black Veil Brides, the latest breakout metal stars to endorse Peavey amplifiers, seemed to come out of nowhere with its viral hit "Knives and Pens." And then, suddenly, the video-and the Black Veil Brides-were everywhere.

After "Knives and Pens" racked up more than 27 million views and catapulted the young band to fame, the band's songs became anthems for a new breed of metal fans.

Now, fresh from headlining Alternative Press magazine's AP Tour and winning a Revolver Golden Gods Award for Best New Band, Black Veil Brides are back with Set the World on Fire, which debuted in the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 and at No. 1 on the iTunes Rock chart.

Recorded with producer Josh Abraham and Peavey amplifiers, Set the World on Fire shows how spending a year on the road has helped the band evolve into a metal powerhouse.

"We had a month to write the record before we went into the studio, so we wrote like crazy every day," said guitarist Jinxx. "We had a lot of material that fit the feel of where we wanted to go-intricate, heavy, more solos, and more intense than the first record [We Stitch These Wounds]."

New to the Black Veil Brides sound on Set the World on Fire and their current world tour is a full Peavey amplifier backline, featuring the USA-made Peavey 6505 and 6505 Plus guitar amps as well as Peavey Tour 700, VB-2 and the USA-made VB-3 bass amplifiers.

"The first time we tried the Peavey 6505 Series, we plugged in and didn't have to fiddle with the knobs at all-it sounded great right away," said Jinxx. "With these amps, everything cuts through so clearly. Jake [Pitts] and I do a lot of dual leads, and we never get buried in the mix."

Legions of guitar players rely on the Peavey 6505 Series for their tone-including metal's elite players, from Robb Flynn and Phil Demmel of Machine Head to Matt Tuck of Bullet For My Valentine and Corey Beaulieu of Trivium, plus The Devil Wears Prada and All That Remains.

Black Veil Brides are appearing now on the 2011 Warped Tour. Please visit https://www.bvbarmy.com for tour dates, and see your nearest Peavey retailer to experience the Peavey 6505 Series of guitar amplifiers.
