Elvis Presley lives on at Chinook Winds Casino Resort July 10 - 12, 2009. Elvis Tribute Artists from across the United States and Pacific Northwest will compete to see who captures the essence of the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Contestants in The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest at Chinook Winds Casino Resort will be judged on the "best representation of the Elvis legacy" in talent, appearance, performance, stage presence, and overall tribute.
The winner will go onto compete in the 2009 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest semi-finals in Memphis during Elvis Week in August 8-16, 2009. The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest at Chinook Winds Casino Resort is officially licensed by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. and is one of more than 15 such contests and festivals throughout the United States and Canada.
Don't miss this fun and unique opportunity to see some of the best Elvis Tribute Artists perform live on stage at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort Convention Center. In all, there will be four rounds of competition over the three days and tickets are only $10 per round. The competition begins on Friday, July 10, with round one starting at 8pm. Saturday, July 11, there will be two rounds with one starting at 2pm and the other at 8pm. The final round will take place on Sunday, July 12, at 3pm. During each round of the competition, one member of the audience will win a trip for two to watch the semi-finals and finals of the 2009 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest in Memphis this August.
