Monterey, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Artist Airplay Advisors) - California based Artist Airplay Advisors, a radio promotion service for Labels and DIY artists, announce the promotional release of The Keith Reid Project's 'The Common Thread,' an all-new 13-track album from Procol Harum lyricist Keith Reid. In addition, the company announces the release of Barry Cowsill 'US1,' the last recordings by the Cowsill family member lost during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Both recordings are scheduled to arrive during the week of April 13, 2009, at Triple-A format radio stations that report to the Radio & Records (R&R) and Friday Morning Quarterback (FMQB) airplay charts.

The Keith Reid Project CD is titled 'The Common Thread' and features acclaimed vocalists John Waite (Bad English, The Babys), Chris Thompson (Manfred Mann), Southside Johnny (Steve Van Zandt, Bruce Springsteen, Asbury Jukes), Steve Booker (who co-wrote Duffy's recent No 1 hit, "Mercy"), Terry Reid (Don Henley, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt), Chaz Jankel (Ian Dury & The Blockheads), Bernie Shanahan (Alice Cooper), and Michael Saxell (Randy Bachman). The project will be released on the Rockville label in North America during Spring 2009 through Ryko Distribution. Eurorock critic Jeff Perkins wrote, 'When the man who co wrote 'A Whiter Shade of Pale' releases an album you really have to sit up and take notice,' adding, 'There is a timeless strength to every song included on 'The Common Thread,' resulting in a collection of the highest quality.'

Barry Cowsill 'US1' includes all the recordings that he had just finished before his untimely death in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina in 2005. While Rolling Stone magazine stated that the 'Cowsills helped make flower-power music palatable to the mainstream,' rocker Peter Holsapple of the dBs and REM's touring band described his impressions of the Barry Cowsill solo recordings as having 'the soul and intensity of Neil Young and Keith Richards, very different from the Cowsills legacy.' Danny Preston, Music Director at KNBA FM further defines the 13 songs on the 'US1' recording as "Solid blues-rock, contemporary and timely."

Artist Airplay Advisors will ship more new titles to radio in May, including the Austin Chronicle's pick for 9 to watch in '09, Ben Mallott's indie album 'Look Good, Feel Good,' featuring the single 'I Want It All,' and the full-length indie CD 'Goodnight Human' by Cary Judd, featuring the single, 'Aha.' Scheduled for June is the new album from Dallas, Texas, indie rockers Blue Condition, with additional recordings to be announced.
