Hear Jesea Lee's New Indie-Pop Single "TV Glow"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) When you lie awake at night, over-analyzing the day's events, it can lead to a few weary mornings. For Jesea Lee, a Cleveland-based indie-pop songwriter, it led to the four tracks on his debut EP Sleepspent. Today, you can hear the record's first single, a bleary and humid summer track called "TV Glow."
"I know a lot of people (myself included) that deal with anxiety and this song is about those sleepless nights when you just sort of replay and overthink things," says Lee. "That's kind of a running theme throughout the whole record. There's a little bit of angst and love, as well. All things most people nearing 30 probably feel, ha."

Lee was the guitarist for the now defunct punk band One Days Notice and began working on solo material once the group called it quits in the summer of 2016. Sleepspent was produced by Joel Grant at Great White Bear Productions and mastered by Lance Waste at Heart Riot Agency. The lyrics were co-written with Kyle Evanchuck. It will be released on July 14th and all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

"TV Glow" is available now on iTunes, Spotify, Bandcamp, and all other online retailers.
