Sublime With Rome Co-headlining Tour With 311 Begins July 8th; Highly Anticipated Full Length Album 'Yours Truly' Arrives Everywhere On July 12, 2011
NEW YORK, NY (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) Fueled By Ramen group Sublime with Rome have unveiled the lead single from their highly anticipated, forthcoming album "YOURS TRULY." "Panic" made its world premiere on Los Angeles' KROQ-FM on Friday and hits alternative radio outlets nationwide today. "Panic" is also available now as a digital single at all DSP's - the song is currently streaming on band's official website, www.sublimewithrome.com. A companion music video is currently in production with premiere details to be announced shortly. Sublime with Rome will release "YOURS TRULY" on Tuesday, July 12th.

The California-based combo - which features drummer Bud Gaugh and bass player Eric Wilson (both founding members of the legendary ska-punk band, Sublime) alongside gifted singer/guitarist Rome - recorded "YOURS TRULY" at El Paso, Texas' Sonic Ranch studio with producer Paul Leary (Butthole Surfers, Sublime, Meat Puppets, Long Beach Dub Allstars).

"Everything has been going amazing in the studio," says Rome. "The music has been coming along great, and we're confident that we're making a record that will stand the test of time. We can't wait for the fans to hear it."

With that in mind, Sublime with Rome will join forces with 311 for what's surely one of this summer's most anticipated tours, "Unity Tour 2011." The annual summertime trek hits amphitheaters nationwide, beginning July 8th at Bonner Springs, Kansas' Capitol Federal Park at Sandstone and continues through August 26th (see itinerary below).

In addition, Sublime with Rome has slated a number of other headline dates and radio festival appearances, not to mention major tours of South America and Europe (including headline shows and festival dates in Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany). For complete details, please visit: www.sublimewithrome.com.

Sublime with Rome first came together in 2009 for a series of shows including such multi-artist bills as Cypress Hill's Smokeout and the annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas spectacular. Buoyed by the extraordinarily positive response, the band embarked on a worldwide headline tour that drew packed houses and rave reviews at every stop. While the music of Sublime has always remained in constant radio rotation, Rome scored a hit of his own, co-writing and lending his distinctive voice to The Dirty Heads' recent No 1 modern rock hit, "Lay Me Down."

Founded in Long Beach, CA, by Gaugh, Wilson, and original vocalist/guitarist Bradley Nowell in 1988, Sublime was without question one of the most successful and influential ska-punk bands of all time. Fueled by such radio hits as "Date Rape," "Santeria," and the chart-topping "What I Got," the band achieved worldwide sales in excess of 17 million, including 1992's RIAA 2x-platinum certified "40 OZ. TO FREEDOM," 1994's gold certified "ROBBIN' THE HOOD," 1996's 5x-platinum blockbuster, "SUBLIME," and 1997's platinum certified "SECOND HAND SMOKE." Named by Los Angeles' KROQ as its third "Biggest Band of All Time" for six years running - topped only by Red Hot Chili Peppers and Nirvana - Sublime disbanded following Nowell's untimely death in 1996.
