Im so excited to share some of the material I've been working on earlier this month with my Intensive program. These are some across the floor exercise that we had fun working on !!! It doesn’t look like but this kind of very slow walk sliding through a bevel every time is actually VERY HARD. Then all those weight changes.. To finally build are way to some turns. You NEED to learn how to walk properly in a heel before you try dancing in heels. I mean duh !!! 🙄 I sadly can’t do those type of exercises in a regular masterclass as there is just too many students but it felt so great to get intimate with a small group of dancers and follow their growth for 5 days intensive !!!! this was my first heels intensive by myself but definitely not my last, It felt great to pass on some knowledge. Thats the whole point of teaching. Also I do realize that I look kinda strict in this video, probably because I AM a strict teacher, my teachers was all about discipline growing up but I won’t just scream at you because you don’t have it, I will actually tell you and show you why you don’t have it and how to get it right.
