New Pop/EDM/Hip Hop Duo The FiiX Releases Debut CD Before High School Graduation

Lake Forest, CA (Top40 Charts/ Hourglass Independent Records) The FiiX announced today the release of their debut LP, If The Walls Could Speak. This release occurs one day before band member DJ DeNeve graduates from Trabuco Hills High School.

"I feel so blessed to be able to graduate right as the record is coming out. As one chapter of my life is closing, a glorious new one is opening," DJ DeNeve said.

The FiiX's music blends alternative rock with an EDM vibe and Hip Hop edge, and the lyrics encourage Positive Controversy by taking on hard issues facing today's youth. Neither abortion nor suicide is taboo for The FiiX, and each song's theme will inspire reflection, conversation, and perhaps change.

Signed earlier this year by Hourglass Independent Records, The FiiX recorded If the Walls Could Speak with producer Daniel Martin at ReAmp Recording Studios in Anaheim, CA. The FiiX's summer performance schedule starts in Southern California with a June 28th performance at The Vault in Orange, CA. They are currently booking late summer in the Southeast US and returning to California in September.
