New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Intuit today announced that Train will be the headlining musical act at the upcoming QuickBooks Connect event, taking place in San Jose, Calif., Oct. 21-23, 2014. The band will close the main day of the conference, celebrating the thousands of entrepreneurs, small businesses, accountants and developers looking to take their business to the next level in attendance.

The San Francisco-based band Train made its first mark on music history in 2001 with the Grammy Award-winning song "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)" and chart-topping singles like "Meet Virginia" and "Calling All Angels." The band earned its third Grammy in 2011 for the worldwide smash "Hey, Soul Sister" from the album Save Me, San Francisco. Train just released their new album, Bulletproof Picasso, which debuted at #5 on the Billboard Album Charts, and features the hit "Angel In Blue Jeans."

Train's performance will be the conclusion to a jam-packed agenda prepared for attendees on Wednesday, Oct. 22. In addition to the end-of-day celebration, the event will feature business luminaries such as Martha Stewart, founder and Chief Creative Officer of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia; Marc Andreessen, cofounder and partner of Silicon Valley venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz; Earvin "Magic" Johnson, chairman and CEO of Magic Johnson Enterprises and NBA legend; Arianna Huffington, chair, president and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post; Kevin Cleary, CEO of Clif Bar & Company; and Charles Best, founder and CEO of Donorschoose.org.
