A Skylit Drive Release New Lyric Video

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Tragic Hero Records) Rock band A Skylit Drive has released a lyric video for their song "Shadows" off their new album Rise: Ascension. The new full-length will be out on January 6th via Tragic Hero Records and will be the first release since the abrupt departure of bassist Brian White and drummer Cory La Quay. Rise: Ascension is an acoustic re-imagining of the band's breakthrough 2013 album Rise.



Pre-orders for Rise: Ascension are available now and every purchase includes an instant download of the first single "Pendulum." For the new record, the band enlisted platinum producer Jim Wirt (Incubus, Something Corporate, The Rocket Summer) who worked with the group on the pre-production of Rise. They didn't simply mic acoustic guitars and record coffee shop versions of the songs however; they instead re-worked the pieces into standalone compositions featuring piano, cello, bass, and other assorted instruments.
