"Furious 7: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" And "See You Again" By Wiz Khalifa (Ft. Charlie Puth) Catapult To The Top Around The World Hitting #1 On Billboard, Spotify, iTunes And Shazam
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) "FURIOUS 7: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK," Atlantic Records' official musical companion to Universal's blockbuster action-thriller, is fast proving an unstoppable global phenomenon, fueled by the extraordinarily emotional new hit single, "See You Again," by Wiz Khalifa (Feat. Charlie Puth). Released last month, the soundtrack has ascended to the No. 1 position on this week's Billboard 200 while "See You Again" has skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard "Hot 100." Universal's FURIOUS 7 is in theaters and IMAX now.

Featured in FURIOUS 7's poignant closing tribute to the late Paul Walker, "See You Again," by Wiz Khalifa (Feat. Charlie Puth), is touching hearts all around the world. Since its release, "See You Again" has hit No. 1 on the iTunes Store's "Top Songs" chart in a remarkable 93 countries -- including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and South Africa -- while still holding strong atop the chart in 69 countries today.

"See You Again" is seeing International airplay explode by the day, including adds on the world's most-listened-to radio outlets and top 30 airplay in countless markets. "See You Again" is this week's No. 1 single in Austria, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Canada and Australia where the single has just received platinum certification from the ARIA. The single recently jumped from #59 to #1 on the official Australian singles chart -- the biggest leap in the chart's history, besting the previous record set by Elton John's "Candle In The Wind 1997" tribute to the late Princess Diana.

Furthermore, "See You Again" is shattering Spotify records, now dominating charts as the most streamed track ever on Spotify in a single day, with 4.2 million global streams on April 13th alone. "See You Again" went on to make history as Spotify's most streamed track in a single week with a stunning 21.9 million worldwide streams. As if all that weren't enough, "See You Again" is the No. 1 track on Spotify in 26 countries including the US, UK, Germany, Sweden, Hong Kong, Singapore and more. "See You Again" now holds Norway's one-day record as the most streamed song on Spotify, topping the previous record holder by more than 80,000 plays.

What's more, "See You Again" is No. 1 on Shazam's Worldwide Chart this week, gaining over 1.1 million Shazams in the last 7 days.

"See You Again" is accompanied by a deeply touching companion video, first premiered earlier this month by FURIOUS 7 star Vin Diesel on his personal Facebook page. The clip -- directed by Marc Klasfeld (Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake) and featuring retrospective footage spanning the Fast & Furious franchise's incredible history -- instantly exploded, drawing more than 800,000 Facebook shares and a staggering 40 million views within its first twelve hours online. The "See You Again" video has now reached an impressive over 135 million views and is streaming now at Wiz Khalifa's official YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgKAFK5djSk.

The GRAMMY®-nominated Khalifa also posted the "See You Again" video on his own Facebook page, with Facebook's new "Donate" call-to-action button allowing fans to donate to Paul Walker's "Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW)" charity. For more info on ROWW, please visit www.roww.org.

In addition, Khalifa has celebrated the powerful track with a number of high profile TV appearances, including USA Network's WWE RAW and NBC's The Voice. Khalifa and Puth's electrifying live performance of "See You Again" on NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is streaming now at www.nbc.com/the-tonight-show/video/wiz-khalifa-ft-charlie-puth-see-you-again/2853260 and be sure to tune in today to NBC's The Ellen DeGeneres Show to catch another show stopping performance of "See You Again" from Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth (check local listings).

"FURIOUS 7: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK" is a chart-busting smash in its own right. In addition to its current place atop the Billboard 200, the soundtrack has hit No. 1 on the iTunes Store's overall "Top Albums" tally in 77 countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and India. Currently holding strong at No. 1 on iTunes charts in 30 countries today, "FURIOUS 7: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK" is the week's No. 1 album on Switzerland's official sales chart and a top 5 best-seller in Germany, Australia, and Austria.

"FURIOUS 7: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK" gathers never-before-available tracks from some of today's most electrifying hip-hop and R&B artists, including superstars like Flo Rida and Mos Def. The soundtrack includes the first-ever album release of DJ Snake & Lil Jon's five-times RIAA platinum-certified worldwide smash, "Turn Down For What," alongside exclusive new singles like Wiz Khalifa & Iggy Azalea's hit "Go Hard Or Go Home" and the chart-topping "Ride Out" from Kid Ink, Tyga, Wale, Y.G., Rich Homie Quan.
