New York, NY (Top40 Charts) On June 27 and 28, New Jersey/New York fixture Joe D'Urso will present the second annual Rockland-Bergen
Music Festival on the borders of Rockland and Bergen counties in Tappan, New York. The festival, which drew over 1,000 attendees last year, has expanded to a two-day long event with three stages of music with over 40 performers.
The festival is now offering advance tickets at the price of $53 per day and $95 for a two day pass until they are increased on June 8th. Similar to last year, anyone born in the calendar year of 1965 will get in for Free in celebration of their 50th birthday.
The stellar lineup includes Grammy award winners (Shawn Colvin, Tom Chapin, Joe Grushecky), music legends (Garland Jeffreys, Willie Nile, John Sebastian), and many local songwriters from the Rockland/Bergen area.
Since the festival's announcement back in March, more than 15 nonprofit and charity organizations have signed on to partner with the festival. They will be on-site to offer festival attendees informaiton about what they day and will be accepting donations. As a major proponent of charity and board member of WHYHunger and Light of Day, Joe D'Urso will be making donations to each organization for their participation.
"It's my wish to give festival goers the chance to discover the fantastic organizations that we have in the Rockland-Bergen area as well as getting a chance to bring in
organizations that I have been fortunate to work with over the years," says D'Urso.
The festival will host resonably priced food vendors such as Bailey's Smokehouse, Denise Marie Catering, and Posa Posa. Additionally, Growler & Gill will be on-site serving a selection of craft beer.

1 Day: $53 per day
2 Day: $95 for two days

Children 12 and under admitted for Free with Adult
High School and College ID: $20 - day of purchase only, no advance
1965 - Anyone born in the calendar year of 1965 gets Free entrance in celebration of their 50th birthday.
