LOS ANGELES (DAYWIND MUSIC GROUP/ www.thecrabbfamily.com) - As announced today by the Recording Academy in Los Angeles, CA, Daywind recording artist The Crabb Family from Hendersonville, TN were nominated for a 47th Annual Grammy Award for their latest recording, Driven, in the Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album category. This is the second nomination for the popular family group. Jason, Kelly, Aaron, Adam and Terah were nominated in the same category in 2004 for The Walk.
The Grammys will be handed out on February 13, 2005 in Los Angeles at the Staples Center during a broadcast on CBS.
The nomination was announced on the heels of The Crabb Family being named Artist of the Year at the 2004 Harmony Honors sponsored by the Southern Gospel
Music Guild (SGMG) and their single, 'He Came Looking For Me,' reaching the number one position for January 2005 on the
National Radio Charts.
