Release Notes - Mostly a study in audio machismo etched deep with a thick timbre and a prodigious mindset, the songs prove to be a great vehicles for the bands to strut their proclivity. Lifting peripherals from bands like Helmet, Ministry and even The Melvins, the tracks do get a bit athwart as they are impregnated with experimental atmospherics and contrasting tempos but this "sludge rock" mix does show just how mungy, begrimed and moribund a rock cast can bring to the pass.
