HEЯITAGE Makes Waves With "Summertime Agai"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Soul/pop band, HEЯITAGE released the music video for their breakout single, “Summertime Again.” Packed with beautiful island imagery and carefree bliss in the sun, the video is a celebration of the summer season, as it begins to wind down. The music video is now streaming on YouTube. Though summer is coming to an end, the warm nights and blue skies continue with the beat of HEЯITAGE’s debut single, “Summertime Again.” The soul/pop
band teamed up with collaborator Roy G for their lush new island hit, that celebrates the joy and beauty of the season. While fans are getting back into the swing of work, school and daily life, they can continue to get down to the hot, tropical flair of vacation days. The video finds members of the band relaxing along the ocean shores as they soak up the sandy water and warmth of the sun.

In addition, “Summertime Again” is filled with footage of Bermuda and its people, to truly capture the unique charm of the island. “We wanted to dedicate our first single to them, the people of Bermuda,” saxophonist/bassist, Gianluca Gibbons comments, “as a way of paying homage to the island that embraced the band so warmly.” “Summertime Again” is filled with Latin horns, EDM buildups, dancehall grooves and a snare rhythm that is native to Bermuda, known as a Gombey beat. HEЯITAGE connected with reggae artist, Roy G when they opened for him and Wayne Wonder last summer during their Bermuda tour. Roy G was so impressed with the band’s sound and ambition that he was happy to collaborate with the group on their debut single. The song was written by Gianluca Gibbons, produced by Alley Kat, recorded by Steve Easton and mastered by Minonic. Anna Guarino directed the music video for “Summertime Again” and was assisted by cinematographers, Phillip Le and Andrew Tran.

HEЯITAGE is formed by Hannah Eggen on vocals and guitar, Gianluca Gibbons on saxophone and bass, and Kevin Jimenez on percussion. Their energetic stage presence and danceable sound have allowed them to perform in numerous public and private venues around the US and Bermuda. As freelance musicians, each member of HEЯITAGE have worked with and shared the stage with artists such as Carlos Santana, Wyclef Jean, The Madden Brothers, Wayne Wonder, Nico & Vinz, Natasha Bedingfield and Sam Smith. Currently the band is gearing up for shows in their new home of Los Angeles and working relentlessly on new material. HEЯITAGE has new material up their sleeve due out next year and plan on dropping their first EP in Winter of 2017. With a hot beat and infectious rhythms, HEЯITAGE weave a patchwork of eclectic waves that send feet straight to the dance floor. The soul/pop outfit have quickly caught the attention of ears around the world and have rapidly made a name for themselves with fresh and lush beats and undeniable joi de vivre in their sound.
