Florida police have reported that the home video tape that was stolen -- then later retrieved -- from Britney Spears and her boyfriend 'NSync's Justin Timberlake on Sept. 22 contained "nothing scandalous The tapes were very boring," according to the Associated Press, The tapes reportedly featured typical vacation footage.

The Nine Inch Nails live CD/DVD/VHS of their Fragility V2.0 Tour is ready to go.

Nine Inch Nails
The collection now has a street date of Dec. 4 on nothing Records. The confirmed track listing for the CD, Nine Inch Nails Live: And All That Could Have Been, is: "Terrible Lie," "Sin," "March of the Pigs," "The Frail," "The Wretched," "Gave Up," "The Great Below," "The Mark Has Been Made," "Wish," "Suck," "Closer," "Head Like a Hole," "The Day the World Went Away," "Starfuckers, Inc.," and "Hurt." The DVD/VHS is the same up until "Gave Up," then it follows as "La Mer," "The Great Below," "The Mark Has Been Made," "Wish," "Complication," "Suck," "Closer," "Head Like A Hole," "Just Like You Imagine," "Starfuckers, Inc.," and "Hurt." Also, a limited edition, deluxe version of the CD will include a bonus disc with NIN songs recorded live in a "deconstructed fashion" and some new material.

Elastica
Elastica -- which had a hit in 1995 with "Connection" from its debut album Elastica -- has officially called it quits. The Justine Frischmann-led British group had little success with its follow-up album, 2000's The Menace, and had gone through long stints of inactivity. The news comes just weeks after Welsh group Catatonia announced it was breaking up as well.

Bonnie Raitt
Legal Beat: Bonnie Raitt pleaded guilty on Tuesday (Oct. 2) to trespassing charges stemming from her July 25 arrest for disorderly conduct at a Rainforest Action Network protest in the Chicago area (July 26). Raitt, and the other activists involved, were fined $150 each and must undergo 90 days of court supervision. Also, on Monday (Oct. 1), the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear C. DeLores Tucker's libel suit against Time and Newsweek, which reported that her sex life was ruined when Tupac Shakur rapped about her on his All Eyez On Me album.
