Razer Music Teams With Grammy Nominated Artist Anderson .Paak And Musical Innovators Purity Ring, Noisia, Feed Me And Wondagurl
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Razer) Razer, the world's leading lifestyle brand for gamers, today announced they have partnered with Grammy nominee Anderson .Paak. Paak is the latest addition to Razer Music, the online community dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of musicians and producers.

After expanding their music initiative in 2015 with well-known Razer users like deadmau5 and Metro Boomin, a growing number of influential artists and producers have joined their community. Notable recent additions include indie-pop duo Purity Ring, Dutch electronic trio Noisia, and leading female hip-hop producer Wondagurl. UK electronic artist Feed Me and fan favorite Varien will be continuing to create content on the road and in the studio.

Razer Music provides a global destination for PC producers to inspire each other, showcasing their processes, creations and experiences in music production. The new platform will feature both exclusive content created by Razer Music artists, as well as contributions from the Razer community via social posts tagging #RazerMusic, allowing users to share insights into their workflow.

A growing number of industry leading hardware and software developers have jumped on board to support Razer Music: Universal Audio, Splice, and Image-Line. Full licenses of Image-Line's flagship music production suite, FL Studio: Producer Edition (a $200 value), are available to all registered owners of 2016 or newer Razer Blade laptops.

Starting on May 28, Razer will be hitting the road in the U.S. for the 2017 Razer Experience Tour. At music, gaming, action sports and other events, visitors can experience Razer's latest laptops and accessories, with over 20 interactive demo stations ranging from virtual reality gaming to music production with FL Studio and Razer Chroma devices.

Razer has become the clear leader for artists needing powerful and portable PCs that can keep up with their dynamic workflow. Technical demands of a touring producer and DJ have increased over time, and the line up of Razer Blade laptops feature the latest processors, components, and features handles the needs of today's artists.

The Razer Blade Pro is uniquely positioned to redefine the place of the laptop in the music studio. Dubbed "The Desktop In Your Laptop," the new Blade Pro lives up to its moniker packing in an overclocked Intel® Core™ i7 Quad-Core processor, 32GB RAM, up to 2TB internal storage, and a stunning 17" 4K touchscreen---all within a sleek 0.88" thin aluminum chassis. As the world's first laptop to earn the THX® Mobile Certification, Razer further cements itself as the go-to systems brand for musicians, producers, and audiophiles alike.

"Artists continue to delight the senses in new and creative ways, creating music and visual experiences that are as technologically incredible as they are sensual," says Razer co-founder and CEO Min Liang-Tan. "Today's producers demand the same level of mobile computing performance as game developers and players, which we're proud to provide in our Blade series of laptops. Razer Music stands as a reminder that the conversion of virtual and live entertainment is centered in technology, and we are all beholden to our audience and to the promise of providing the best experience possible."

Anderson .Paak was recently nominated for "Best New Artist" and "Best Urban Contemporary Album" at the 2017 GRAMMY® Awards, received "Best of 2016" honors from Pitchfork, USA Today, NPR, VICE, Complex, and appeared as the cover story for Billboard Magazine earlier this year. His next album, due later this year, will be executively produced by Dr. Dre and released via Dre's Aftermath Entertainment.
