Shihad 'Alive' & Kicking

LOS ANGELES (Warner Bros./ www.shihad.com) - SHIHAD wrapped up the end of last year with their first shows back as SHIHAD in New Zealand, and are ramping up to kick off their "Alive" tour in Australia in a few weeks taking in QLD, NSW, SA & VIC as the hangovers subside from the Big Day Out.
The "Alive" EP is slated for release on Monday 14th February through Warner, with the "Love Is The New Hate" album scheduled for release later in the year.

The band spent time in Vancouver late in 2004 recording their sixth album, with Garth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers). The "Alive" EP will be the first taste things to come from the "Love Is The New Hate" sessions, due out early 2005 through Warner.
