Wongo Enlists Yolanda Be Cool And More To Remix "Paradise"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Straight from the Gold Coast comes a summery tune courtesy of Australian native Wongo that will have you convinced that you're posted up on a beach drinking a cold one. Wongo's "Paradise" is soft and seductive, drawing the listener in with twinkling instrumentals and a muted bassline that is complemented by San Mei's velvety voice. With its dreamy feel, the track paints a picture of heady escapism and a sun-drenched love affair that is as hot as the Aussie sun. "This is the first time I have collaborated with a fellow Gold Coast local. When I first heard San Mei, I had a feeling we would be able to come up with something special," says Wongo of the creation of "Paradise." "It's a track that portrays our sunny hometown whilst staying true to the vibes of my production style." The track is out now on Sweat It Out, which has also released tracks by What So Not, Yolanda Be Cool (who also remixed "Paradise"), Monkey Safari and more.

Wongo wasn't always making smooth house beats - before he was wooing crowds with his music, he was captivating them as an award-winning breakdancer, winning multiple titles in the UK and Australian Championships. After leaving the dancefloor for the DJ decks, Wongo caught the industry's attention through his remixes of tracks by Beyonce and Azealia Banks. The party-starting producer also remixed Spank Rock, What So Not, A-Trak, Sweater Beats, and Sluggers. His original productions are just as hot: his track "Be 2 Be" featuring LA vocalist Ducky was both a radio and club success, receiving support from Triple J and all major dance radio across Australia. "Be 2 Be" experienced significant success and was featured across a multitude of playlists resulting in over 800k collective online streams. With support from Claude VonStroke, Chris Lake, Anna Lunoe, Motez, Shiba San and more, Wongo is skyrocketing to the top. Stay tuned for more grooves soon.
