New York, NY (Top40 Charts) After over 40 years, Bananas At Large is moving to a new location. The legendary Bananas At Large, whose clients include Metallica, Journey, Santana, Joe Satriani, Doobie Brothers, Huey Lewis and the News and more, has found a new home. The store will move from its current downtown location 0.3 miles to its new location of 1654 2nd Street in San Rafael, California. The new location will be open for business on Nov. 15, 2018.
"In an effort to address the modern needs and wants of our customers, we are excited to open a new, more lifestyle-directed, retail space," says owner Alan Rosen. "We will continue to offer our award-winning customer service, curated inventory, music lessons, repairs and design installation services we have been known for over 40 years, but in a new better location." Bananas carries more brands and models of boutique, unique, indie brands than any chain store or online site - all curated for the best in their category. The new location will feature an open naturally lit space with plenty of on-site parking. It will include a feature wall of 200 guitars and separate isolated demo rooms. "We are excited to bring the same level of attention to detail, product knowledge and incredible inventory to a location that will complement our vision, all while guaranteeing our customers the lowest prices," adds Rosen.
