New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The widely celebrated iconic electronic duo, Orbital announce three US shows this December, their first set of dates on American shores since 2012. Dates include New York at Brooklyn Steel on December 4, San Francisco at The Midway on December 6 and Los Angeles at The Belasco Theatre on December 8.

The dates are in support of their critically acclaimed LP, "Monsters Exist", released on 9.14 via Believe/ACP Recordings, that topped the UK charts at #12 and the Dance Chart at #1 the week of its release. In the US Orbital landed on the Billboard chart for the first time since 2004, debuting at #24 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums and Monsters scared up a #5 entrance on Dance/ Electronic Album Sales and opened up on Heatseakers albums at #9. On both sides of the pond that's the highest position for the duo since 2001.

The Hartnoll Brothers are playing iconic venues as the tour promises to satisfy long-term fans and newly found supporters. Orbital kicked off their groundbreaking live show at BBC Music's Biggest Weekend in Belfast in May. Throughout 2018 they play a string of high-profile festival dates and headline shows across the UK and Europe featuring new material alongside classics like 'Chime', 'Belfast' and 'Impact'. (see full live dates below)

From "Monsters Exist", reunited brothers Paul and Phil Hartnoll have shared singles 'Tiny Foldable Cities', 'P.H.U.K.' (via COS Origins), Steve Dub's remix 'P.H.U.K.U' (via Mixmag) and 'The End is Nigh'.

'Monsters Exist' is a more classically structured Orbital album than their previous release 'Wonky', drawing inspiration from the international political landscape all the way back from Paul and Phil's pre-rave squat-punk roots right up to the volatile tensions and erratic rhetoric of today.

This surge of creativity shows how the Hartnolls have rebuilt one of electronic music's best-loved partnerships after Orbital's surprisingly bitter break-up in 2012. Driven apart by music's strange and infamous brother-vs-brother dynamic, Paul and Phil didn't speak for five years after the 'Wonky' tour ended.

Now the brothers have a pact. Whatever happens, Orbital does not stop. And in the other corner, fighting the good fight, are the monsters of the imagination… the monsters of rock… and the monsters of rave.
