Six-time Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Art Garfunkel has made an indelible mark on the music world as both a solo artist and half of the unrivaled Simon & Garfunkel known for hits such as "Mrs. Robinson," "The Sound Of Silence," "The Boxer," and "Bridge Over Troubled Water," among many others. In his current tour, Garfunkel performs a mix of these hits and works from his solo career to present an artful, moving, and lyrical memoir about the making of a musician, the evolution of a man, and a portrait of a life-long friendship with Paul Simon that became one of the most successful musical collaborations of all time.

Chicago resident Jodee Lewis is committed to carrying the torch of traditional country through her music. She was raised in Osceola, a town of 800 people in the Missouri Ozarks. Lewis grew up listening to artists such as Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings, and EmmyLou Harris on the radio, all of whom inspired the country, honky-tonk, and Americana influences in her own music.

Lewis released her second full-length album, Blizzard's Bluff, in April. The album focuses on Lewis' search for self-reflection in the wake of the loss of her second child, Luke, as she re-navigates her role as a wife and parent.

Chicago native Jonas Friddle is an Americana musician whose banjo driven compositions have received Song of the Year from The John Lennon Songwriting Competition, First Place in the Great American Song Contest, and a nomination for Album of the Year in the Independent Music Awards. Friddle was raised in the mountains of North Carolina and honed his craft at Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music.

Anita Wilson

Anita Wilson is a Grammy-nominated Gospel music artist. After years of background singing with Donald Lawrence & Company, Wilson emerged as a solo recording artist in 2011 with the soulful & heartfelt ballad "Speechless." Wilson's albums Worship Soul (2013) and Vintage Worship (2015) both received Grammy nominations for Best Gospel Album. Wilson combines a classic presence, unique vocal stylings, and approachable humility in her music.
City Winery Chicago also announces Ralph Covert will open for Kevin Griffin on Oct. 26 and Tyler Boone will open for David Cook on Oct. 31.
All City Winery Chicago events are open to all ages and start at 8 p.m., unless noted.

Opened in 2012, City Winery Chicago is a fully operational winery, restaurant with outdoor patio, concert hall and private event space located in the heart of the West Loop at 1200 W. Randolph, in the historic urban Fulton Market district. Once a refrigerated food distribution warehouse, the 1911 building has been transformed into a contemporary 33,000 square foot haven for those passionate about wine, music and culinary arts. The décor evokes the romance of being in wine country, from the exposed stainless steel fermenting tanks and French oak barrels, to the aroma of fermenting grapes.
