Rockfest 80's November 10 & 11, 2018
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Are you ready to Rock? We sure hope so. The 3rd Annual Rockfest 80's music festival is coming your way. This year, the site of the two-day celebration of musical madness is Miramar Amphitheater, the crown jewel of Miramar Regional Park.

On Saturday, November 10th and Sunday, November 11th, (Veterans Day Weekend) some of the biggest names from the greatest decade of rock music with endless unforgettable hits will grace the stages at the new Miramar Amphitheater. Want a little taste? Of course, you do.

Vince Neil will bring such Motley Crue classics as "Dr. Feelgood," "Girls, Girls, Girls," "Shout At The Devil" and "Kickstart My Heart" to the stage. Skid Row's Sebastian Bach will rock your world with "Youth Gone Wild" and melt your heart with "I Remember You. "Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and former Kiss lead guitarist Ace Frehley is gonna shred your brain into a million pieces. You'll get the chance to sway to Night Ranger's "Sister Christian" and Winger is guaranteed bring it big-time.

That's just the tip of this power-chord iceberg. There'll be sets by Cinderella's Tom Keifer, Kix, Firehouse, Eric Martin from Mr. Big, featuring Trixter, the famed New York rockers Zebra, Steelheart, Lynch Mob and Nelson, with more acts to come.

One of the great things about Rockfest: local acts get to share the spotlight. Coral Springs' own Stellar Revival, who opened for Bon Jovi at the Forum in Los Angeles last year, is back and another So-Flo favorite, and Big Rock Band, South Florida's #1 band will show the home folks what they got.

This might sound hard to believe, but there's a chance you'll want to do something other than stand in the crowd cheering on your favorite acts all day and night. That's where Muscle Car Alley comes in. The "ultimate muscle car experience" features three dozen mean machines spanning the last 60 years. Once your automotive needs are fulfilled, you'll probably take a stroll down Vendor Row. More than 20 vendors will be waiting with top-flight memorabilia, ready to sell you both artist and custom-designed Rockfest merchandise.

Sooner or later, your hunger and thirst will demand your attention. Fear not - there'll be plenty of bars (including a Beer garden) and tons of tasty food offerings lining the Midway Food & Beverage location.

The clock may keep on ticking, but at Rockfest 80's, you get to celebrate the decade when MTV was king, the Sunset Strip was the center of the universe and some of the greatest music of your life was being made and played.

In addition to all the exciting music, two extremely important elements to the Rockfest 80's music festival are paying homage to our Veterans and our charity alliances. Rockfest is very proud to be associated with the James Jr. Fund and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. Rockfest is asking all attendees to join in and support the charities by bringing an unwrapped toy to the festival; there will be collection boxes at the entrances. *Please no stuffed animals!
One-and two-day General Admission and VIP tickets are available. For more information on Rockfest 80's at Miramar Amphitheater (located at 16801 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar,) visit rockfest80s.com.
