Jazz-Pop Duo Dedicate Holiday Album Revenue To Camp Fire Relief Efforts
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / 23rd Hour) The Bay Area music group 23rd Hour has announced that sales from its newly released holiday album "Let A Day Together Be Christmas" are being donated to the Salvation Army's relief efforts in Butte County, California.

The new album from the duo, comprised of partners George Paolini and Sherry-Lynn Lee, has been in the works for over a year. The decision to donate the proceeds, they say, was not difficult.

"Paradise has special meaning for my family," says Paolini. "My father used to live in this area, and the school and house in which my younger brother grew up have all been destroyed."

"The holiday season is about giving. It wouldn't be a true Christmas release if we didn't use it to help this community in need that is so dear to our family's heart," adds Lee.

This is not the first philanthropic effort for the couple, who previously donated proceeds to the Redwood City Education Foundation in 2017.

The 9-track album includes new holiday songs and classics in a light acoustic style. It is available for download at 23rdhr.com/christmas for as little as $5.20. Revenue from all orders made through the website until Jan 1, 2019 will be donated to Salvation Army's "Care for Camp" initiative.

23rd Hour is a jazz-pop duo from the San Francisco Bay Area producing original music for film, TV and advertising. The band's debut album "Perfect Strangers" reached #10 on the iTunes jazz charts in 2017. The pair has gained recognition for their blend of Paolini's traditional jazz guitar with Lee's smooth, expressive voice. (Think James Taylor meets Colbie Caillat.)
