New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Critically-acclaimed rapper Lil Skies is kicking off his 2019 with a brand new track, "Real Ties" (produced by Etrou & Taz Taylor), now available at all DSPs and streaming services. Skies also dropped an accompanying video, directed by Xandros and filmed in Skies' hometown of Waynesboro, PA.

Skies' major label debut mixtape LIFE OF A DARK ROSE - released just over a year ago on All We Got Ent/Atlantic Records - quickly spawned three RIAA Platinum certified singles including "Red Roses," "Nowadays" and "Lust." The mixtape itself has been streamed over a billion times, certified Gold by the RIAA, and launched Skies into an incredible year with his first-ever nationwide headline tour selling out venues across North America. Check out footage of the budding artist's insane live show in a recent Noisey Raps episode, which also sheds light on the amazing backstory of Skies' life to this point. The rapper on the rise went on to join Wiz Khalifa and Rae Sremmurd on their Dazed & Blazed amphitheater tour.

After the critical and commercial success of LIFE OF A DARK ROSE, Lil Skies continued to release new music for the remainder of 2019 including "I Know You" (feat. Young Pinch), "Opps Want Me Dead," "No Rest" and "World Rage," which have collectively been streamed nearly 200 million times worldwide.

Hailed by Rolling Stone, Billboard, Complex, Pandora and more as an artist to watch, Lil Skies has an extremely promising 2019 ahead, with more new music and content dropping soon.
