New York, NY (Top40 Charts) On Tuesday, February 12, Daniel Norgren and Superpuma Records released "The Flow," the first single and video from his upcoming new album Wooh Dang (out April 19). "Filled with a sense of patient, slowly unfurling space" describes Eric D. Johnson of Fruit Bats while introducing Norgren in the premiere of "The Flow" at Talkhouse. "Beautiful, blood-slowing," said Bob Boilen of the track while sharing the video at NPR's All Songs Considered. "The Flow" is Norgren's first new music since 2015, and the upcoming release of Wooh Dang will be the Swedish artist's first album to be distributed worldwide. Recorded live and on a 16 track analogue rig, without guitar tuners, the song captures the close chemistry between Daniel Norgren (piano, electric guitar, singing) and his band, Anders Grahn (bass), Erik Berntsson (drums), and Andreas Filipsson (electric guitar and whistle). The album was produced by Norgren and engineered by longtime collaborator Pelle Nyhage in a 19th-century textile farmhouse in the woods of Southwest Sweden.

Superpuma Records also announced additional tour dates surrounding the new release, including London's Bush Hall on July 31 and Norway's Parkenfestivalen on August 16, both added to the previously announced 2019 European Release Tour. Also including stops at Paradiso in Amsterdam, Sentrum Scene in Oslo, Vega in Copenhagen, and De Roma in Antwerpen. Many dates sold out within seconds of being announced, including Cirkus in Stockholm and two nights in Gothenburg at Pustervik and Konserthuset.
